We Are Yoga With Love
Claudine teaches Hatha yoga with an emphasis on warming up the body to find ease in movement. She has been practicing yoga since 2000 and teaching since 2010 after receiving her training and certification in Padme Yoga from Blue Moon Yoga. She is a RYT 500, from Elevate Yoga and Wellness, an ERYT 200 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher), a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Educational Provider) and Reiki Master.
After becoming a stay at home parent of two lovely daughters, Claudine rediscovered yoga through a Kripalu based practice. During that time of discovery, she found yoga to be her oasis. She loved the movement and connection to breath, the complexity of emotions that arose while on the mat and the lessons it brought into her life. Each class brought a deeper connection to Spirit, peppered with yogic philosophy.
Kripalu Yoga with its emphasis on (breath and reflection) has had a strong influence on her style of teaching. In addition, she has taken various workshops and trainings in:
Yoga Tune Up
And is presently exploring Qi Gong.
Her classes are creative, fun and move at a slower pace to allow for a compassionate practice focused on alignment, breath and self-reflection.
Nicole Abbruzzese is a Yoga and meditation teacher with fifteen years of experience.
Her journey began while working in Washington, DC, where she practiced yoga to relieve stress. Motivated by a desire to delve deeper, Nicole traveled to Thailand, where she discovered Vipassana meditation, known as the purest form taught by Guatam the Buddha. She continued her studies of philosophy, history, yoga, and meditation with multiple travels to Thailand, Myanmar, and India.
Nicole completed her 500-hour yoga teacher training under Yogi Vishvketu in India, embarked upon numerous 10-day silent meditation retreats, and spent years studying Hatha, Vinyasa, and Iyengar yoga under the guidance of her teachers in Amsterdam. Her Hatha yoga classes are an amalgamation of various methods and focus primarily on breath, alignment, and meditation. Each class is infused with humor and levity to create a sense of joy. All levels are encouraged, and variations can be given to beginner, intermediate and advanced students.

Jill had an epiphany after turning 40. She lost weight and was looking for a way to tone and maintain her weight loss. Jill was never very physically active. She tried the machines at the gym but they were too boring and she was not coordinated enough for Zumba. She tried Yoga on the Wii Fit video game and she was hooked.
While the physical practice brought her to the mat, she quickly grew to love the whole package mind, body and spirit. Her practice has become a way for her to stay grounded, find peace and connect with herself.
Jill believes anyone can benefit from yoga regardless of age or physicality. She is so excited to share her love for the practice with the students of YOGA WITH LOVE.
May the all time sun shine upon you, all love surround you, and the pure light within you, guide your way on. Namaste
